Systems can be provided to detect hazards of fire, combustible gas, and plant malfunction. They can be configured on an individual site or centrally monitored and controlled on a multi-site basis, irrespective of industry type.

Compliant Fire Services specialises in early warning fire detection and emergency evacuation systems. In addition we provide specific services such as hazard identification surveys, detailed specification, design and recommendations for the supply and installation of detection equipment. We provide highly experienced and qualified technicians, computerised programming, record documentation and complete certification in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards, Building Code of Australia and local State Regulations.

Compliant Fire Services is a registered contractor with the South Australian Fire Service and hold appropriate licensing with the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs. Our employees also hold appropriate licensing for all work practices.

  • We currently have over 25 vehicles on the road to ensure KPI’s are meet.
  • We have an emergency afterhour service company who divert calls to oncall technicians to ensure afterhour calls are acted upon promptly.
  • We hold all appropriate licences to include;
    • Gas Suppression licence to comply with the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Gas Management Regulations 1995, fines apply for any persons or companies servicing or working on these systems who are unlicensed.
    • $20m Public Liability Insurance to include ALL fire items, Sprinklers and Electrical.
    • $10m Professional Indemnity Insurance.
    • Company Building Licence.

  • Employee trade skill level we employ are as follows:
    • Special class electricians
    • Sprinkler fitters who are also licensed to work with Copper.
    • Carpenters who install fire doors and frames.
    • CAD operator who completes documentation drawings and evacuation plans.
    • Specialised testers with many years’ experience with new licencing requirements to meet legislation.
  • Project Pricing, due to the purchasing power with our suppliers we offer discount for large project items, these savings are passed onto our clients.
  • Due to our extensive knowledge of the fire industry we offer advice, budgets and solutions to resolve issues. As a valued customer we do not charge for our services. If we design a new system and are the successful contractor we do not charge for our time which saves expensive consultant fees. For this reason, we also have Professional Indemnity Insurance.
